My recent appointment with Dr. Charlotte Ruglys was a good experience, I was given good advice, my medication was checked and I came away satisfied with the care I had received.
It isn't always the easiest of experiences booking an appointment at the surgery and one needs to ring at 8 am sharp to get a real chance, I feel that the procedure for booking appointments could perhaps be reviewed with the possibility of being able to book in person at the surgery being considered - once one could do that. I know it's possible to book on-line but not everyone has access to the internet.
Other than that I have always found the care in all departments of the practice to be of a very good standard and the staff are all caring and polite.

Thank you for your feedback. It is important to us that we hear from our patients so we can change if necessary to meet patient demand. We are looking at our appointment booking system and hope to enhance it in the near future to enable patients to be able to book with their GP more easily. We do offer online appointment booking now and will always make special arrangements for any of our vulnerable patients where they have special needs of any kind i.e. elderly or housebound.
