I just had a positive pregnancy test and call GP to get an appointment to be seen by a doctor but surprise... "You need to call tomorrow morning at 8:00am to make a phone call appointment first and you might be seen by the doctor same day.
Said and done. Called the next morning and barely got in touch with them after 14 min and 17 busy calls. The lady that answered was very nice and she told me that I will only get a phone call appointment and IF the doctor will have enough time she MIGHT see me later in the day. She booked the phone call appointment between 10:10 and 12:10. Guess what? Is almost 17:00 and I still didn't get that call! I feel disappointed! How can I trust a doctor who doesn't have time to call me when the appointment is booked to take care of me and my baby?...

Thank you for your feedback. We are not always able to offer face to face appointments to everyone that would like one every day, so offer telephone call back to try and help as many patients as possible on any given day. We always attempt to contact everyone on the call back list at least once and usually more than once. We are sorry to hear that you did not receive a call as expected and ask that you please call us so that we can investigate this further and give you the information and assistance that you have requested.
