The Doctor explained - and showed me - the results of my blood test and what the medication was designed to do. At all times i felt involved in the process and have confidence in the treatment. I had booked this appointment on-line with the new system, which seems straightforward. However it's a bit of a lottery, if you are looking for an appointment with a particular Doctor or Nurse for a follow-up visit for example. Otherwise it almost makes a visit to the Doctor enjoyable!
