Every time I have tried to call this morning (9th of May), it will cancel my call and say call failed.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you were inconvenienced by our telephone system failure yesterday morning. This was a national problem with the network and the phones were restored quite quickly but not as quickly as first indicated by the company. This does not happen at all frequently and we hope that this will not recur in the future anytime soon. Please do call us again if you require medical assistance and we will do our very best to help you. Thank you for bearing with us under circumstances beyond our control.
