Be carful, don't waste your time with this surgery, dream on to have an appointment.
Very rude receptionist.
My wife called on weekday to see doctor as my two kids had rush on their faces. Guess what receptionist said why didn't you take them to walk in centre instead of saying did you take them to walk in centre. After all ofcourse no appointment and was told to take them to walk in centre.
The surgery advertise that they take new patients, it makes me laugh how can you take more new patients when you can't serve the ones you have. Rubbish absolutely rubbish.

Thank you for your feedback - I am sorry that you were unable to obtain a same day appointment for your children on the day you required it. We do advise patients to attend the urgent care centre when we are full and a patient has indicated that their need is urgent in order that help and/or advice can be accessed as quickly as possible. If you feel that a member of our team has been rude, then please report this to us as soon as possible so that this can be investigated quickly. Our list is currently capped for the very reason that we wish to provide the best service possible to our existing patients. If you would like to discuss this further please contact the surgery.
