What happened to a doctor answering the phone first thing in the morning?
I object to explaining my medical problem to a receptionist, who then decides if its urgent!
On the last two visits I was only given an appointment with a nurse.
Are there any doctors at the surgery?
What happened to same day appointments?
Why can some people make appointments in advance and others can not?
