I recently phoned for a treatment review, I had to wait for a nurse to call me back, she did the review over the phone & then gave me an appointment to go in for a BP check & blood test. How is this saving time? it certainly wasn't saving me any!! it may not always be convenient to wait for a phone call, I work in a shop and can't just walk off the shop floor to accept a phone call. I strongly object to having to tell the receptionist my problems before they decide if I can have an appointment, plus what is behind only being able to make appointments by phone!! The running of the surgery has gone down hill in the last 18 months and is getting worse!!!
