Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback and we are pleased to know that we have been able to keep to the appointment time when you have visited and more importantly, that you have not felt rushed through your appointment. We try to run to time but there are times when patients have a serious problem which require immediate assistance or there is an emergency and we need to prioritise the help needed under those circumstances. We very much appreciate the patience demonstrated and we always try to keep persons in the waiting rooms fully informed if there is a wait.
