Terrible surgery. Was fantastic years ago under dr Statham but now it’s moved to the health centre and has a new team it’s gone really poor.
Sr Saxena and dr littler are actually pretty good but others are not a good standard. And receptionists are the main issue just rude and obstructive.
Suggested improvements
Just treat people as individuals instead of numbers to get in and out as quick as possible and avoid seeing at all if remotely possible.
