Worst Surgery I have ever seen. As their Phone number always busy no matter what time you call. I tried many different times like 2pm ,3pm.,4pm , 4.30pm , 5pm , 5.30pm even 6pm. phone line always busy. And i have been trying to calling them from last few days.Its looks likely they've just put phone receiver on desk. If someone need urgent help then please don't registered with Lapal Medical Practice.
Suggested improvements
Arrange more phone lines. Also keep an eye on customer support teams as they always use their personal mobile phone.
