Dr was good when I was able to speak to him after the NHS 111 called through as I rang that morning for appointment the receptionist was no help as was told to call back in morning or book appointment for Saturday the 1st June by which time would of been to late I explained my condition and still no help

Have emergency appointments available and no only pre booked one considering there was no appointments but suddenly they had a appointment after 111 called the drs

When phoning for an appointment it sometimes takes up to 20 minutes to get through.

Make it possible for patients to book appointments online.

There was no appointment s then I had to ring 111 on the day then I had my surgery give me an appointment at my surgery so there must of been an appointment

Just give me appointment and not have to ring around

I tried to make appointment for over three days but unsuccessful, even though I tried calling at 8am. The phone engaged until 8.30 and the receptionist finally gets on and just say appointment are finished so I can call the next day or call the NHS number. Another thing at the reception area the service you get gets is very poor, reason for this they identified you by your date of birth and name which you have to say loudly, while other people are present, for me this is data protection and I don't like to other people hearing my private details. There must be some other ways, or receptionist needs to be trained to deal with sensitive case like these

Have more than enough phone lines in order for other people not to be waiting in a queue and then told there is no more appointments. Another thing at reception instead of them asking you to shout out your date of birth and name just ask for and ID with all those information

Asked to see a doctor, he wasn’t a doctor who I saw, asked me what I want to get from my visit today ! I had come to surgery with a severe reaction to an antibiotics - he didn’t listen to me at all and all I got was pain relief despite having swollen painful joints and a rash !

Treated the condition I came in with and when I called to see a doctor I should have got an appointment with a doctor !
