We managed to get through on the phone quite quickly and had an appointment within 2 hrs.
Dr Dell is an amazing Dr and my daughter felt at ease with her. She was genuine, caring and had a beautiful manner in which she deals with children
Suggested improvements
We got stuck in the lift for a couple of minutes as someone was trying to call it which freaked my daughter out however reception were quick to sort.
Maybe a sign saying “Please do not touch lift whilst in use”
