Dr Palmer is lovely, just a shame the receptionist let the surgery down. Most of them are quite mouthy and think they know enough to judge how ill you are even though none of them have any kind of medical training. Getting an appointment is a nightmare as they do everything they can to avoid giving you one. They also state they are not an emergency service so if you need to be seen within a few days you might as well go to A&E. Even a phone consultation that last 5 minutes will have you waiting hours upon end just to get a call back.
Suggested improvements
Be more understanding of people when they are ill and have phone consultations that are emergency ones not just try to send people to A&E because you can’t be bothered dealing with them. Our hospitals have so much strain on them because of surgeries like this one.
