The service is hopeless. I have tried all ways of getting my prescription, collecting directly from medical centre, having it sent to Boots, ordering on line and whatever I do at least one time out of three (probably more) it gets lost. Today was typical, I ask to pick up my prescription at the patient window, I am told it's not there but it has been done, go next door to the pharmacy window. Staff are about one meter apart but they don't seem to be able to talk to each other so I have to queue again and am studiously ignored for five minutes, clearly paper work is more important than actual people. I am then told it's not been done and I am too early even though it is more than 48 hours since I ordered it. Then we check the computer and yes it has been done but by someone not here today. A phone call to someone and no further forward it can't be found until the box at the patient window is checked again and guess what it is there after all. Apparently it's my fault for having an unusual name! We then have a discussion as to which Pharmacy I want to have it sent to in the future, I say Boots town centre and then have to point out that the receptionist has circled Tesco. The medication is for blood pressure, I am coming to the conclusion the condition is caused by having to deal with Lambert Medical Centre!
