There is no way of contacting this practice, there is no email address on the practice website, the online form does not give the relevant options and the telephone line has been redundant for the last two months the message simply loops and it is not possible to speak to a member of staff, I have been reduced to walking to the practice twice in the last two months for very basic patient care and communication as a patient with two chronic diseases (and a cancer patient) I consider this level of care beyond disgusting. They use the covid crisis as an excuse to neglect the very patients that create their jobs... without patients what's the point in a g.p. what on earth are they all doing? off on holiday??

Suggested improvements
Being available to patients would be a great start, having a telephone line that works would also be really super, and maybe a working email that could be used. Having a telephone message in an aggressive tone that loops around and around is not exactly the service one would expect from a service that is supposed to be there for us.
