Share review of Kintbury Surgery

No complaints at all staff. But we are not happy with the change in system for ordering medications. My husband is on methotrexate, which needs signing off by a doctor. He used to order it by phone, but can no wipes do this. He has been trying to do it online but most of the time the order does not go through and we have to re-order and go back to the surgery. Any chance of being able to order by phone again?
