Kintbay surgery is an outstanding example of how the NHS should function. Reerentarly some (not all) parts of the NHS which relate to hospital are not to Kintbury's standards and appear hide bound by poor management and beurocracy.

Always seen as necessary . Really good with appointments.

Very friendly, caring knows who we are. Gives as much time as needed good as job. The draw back is ofcare long wait an idea maybe- if there is a long wait a text could be sent saying care a half hour later as an example.
