Hopeless, waited 2 months for results after chasing twice. Turns out, apparently, that I have seen a doctor to discuss medication. Absolute nonsense. I've given up with them. I am now trying to change surgery, these guys are so dis organised its a joke. Try getting an appointment. Impossible. I wish that they realize that this is peoples health that they are toying with. Not satisfactory!

I have been calling since 3.00pm to make an appointment to be cut off 3 times. When i finally get through 45 minutes later I was told no appointments and go to the nearest walk in centre or I can have an appointment on the 25th February.???? I would not be calling if I did not need an appointment today. This is not the first time this has happened.
