I have been with this Doctors for 29 years, initially with the old doctors their service was exemplary, which is why I stayed with them. In the past decade however, I was told I was hyper sensitive and a bit stressed, I was later diagnosed by an external psychiatrist with Post traumatic stress syndrome. I was told I had a mild case of Bilateral Tonsillitis, but I had to go A&E where I was extremely ill and kept in hospital for four days. I was told there was no such thing as allergies! (Dr Spannuth) and later experienced Anaphylactic shock, I literally nearly died and was told it was the worse case they've ever seen. I was also pumped full of meds to treat Insomnia and was later diagnosed with Narcolepsy/Cataplexy. The straw that broke the camels back however, was after being told I had IBS for two decades, being rushed into A&E, later referred for an emergency Polypectomy which turned out to be five cysts, one of which was pre-cancerous. Directly after this operation, due to my immune system being so low, I contacted my doctors and the receptionist was completely unsympathetic and extremely rude to the point where somebody had to take over the call and apologise due to the extreme rudeness of Sally the receptionist. Finally, the new receptionist booked (Dr Barmi) for an emergency home visit as I was suffering with Bronchitis, Laryngitis and Sinusitis at the same time and was massively affected by the PTSD as a result of the recent medical issues. Dr Barmi's response when she arrived at my house was to label me a hyperchondriac and tell me she has a suicidal patient who's suffering more than me, that I was wasting her time, and stated that he was more important than I am. She shouted throughout the appointment in front of other adults in the house. If you have any mental health issues, this is not the Dr for you. Also, regardless of symptoms, you're usually offered anti-depressants. The only GP's worth seeing are Dr O' Malley, Dr Oetker and Dr Williams with whom appointments are few and far between. If you value you life or the longevity of it, don't go to this Drs.
