You can make appointments and request repeat prescriptions on-line. There are always a few emergency appointments available on-line at 8.00 am for that day (or by phone at 8.30). Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Doctors are really great - kind, patient, willing to listen, professionally up-to-date..... I am so pleased I live within this area so that I can attend this surgery. When friends talk about the "service" they receive I realise how blessed I am!
