This is the best GP surgery I've ever been registered with. Very straightforward to get appointments and choose the GP you want to see. Very kind and compassionate staff (GPs, nurses, receptionists).

I'm so lucky to be a patient at this practice, and am grateful for every single conversation I have with all staff: from receptionists who can get same-day help for patients when needed, to the practice nurse, Amanda, and all the doctors I encounter: I am universally treated with kindness, consideration, and respect. Having a complex medical history, I've had some difficult encounters with health care professionals in the past but this practice could not form a sharper contrast. Every single person I encounter is committed to helping patients, including ones who may have a complex presentation, or require additional input or support. This surgery has helped me more than I could ever put into words and I think it is simply outstanding. If the rest of the NHS aspired to the standards of the King Edward Street Medical Practice, what a difference there could be in UK healthcare, because this practice is quite frankly revolutionary in the way it helps patients while also empowering them. The simplicity of calling, making a request (whether for medication or an appointment) and/or being able to connect with a GP by phone is something both simple and powerful that seems lost to many GP surgeries elsewhere. For that reason, the reassurance of knowing that the whole team at King Edward Street look out for patients is priceless: I wish more places could be like this!
