The receptionist's are consistently rude almost to the point of being agressive. They are abrupt, condescending and only want to do the bare minimum. I have come to this conclusion after numerous visits to the surgery, each time I'm amazed by the staff's poor customer relationship skills and leave shaking my head in disbelief. The Dr's and Nurses are superb and deserve better colleagues.
