I have no issues with cleanliness or hygiene there.
The reception staff have extremely rude telephone manners and poor customer service skills. Every time asking why I am calling at a certain time of day - as if I have control over when sickness occurs. They are simply rude.
The doctor I have seen is very hands off.
They treat everyone as a time waster and make me feel like one every time I have called with legitimate reason.
Finally, the health visitor has not been in contact for 6 months, while my son is overdue a visit.
These are very basic care skills that I expect from a health centre and they fail to provide both as a patient and a parent.
I will be leaving the surgery and do not recommend anyone to register.
