Not always easy to get an appointment when the students are on campus but otherwise no problem. Great that you can specify online if you want face-to-face or telephone appointment, receptionists are always very helpful, polite and friendly. Although I usually see Dr O’Byrne all of the other doctors I have seen at the surgery are very approachable and professional.

Sometimes need a double appointment and can’t do this online. Car parking is a bit of a pain but that is not the fault of the surgery!

The whole staff are always polite friendly and helpful

I think the standard nhs Covid message should be now removed from the answering m/c and the volume of Dr. O’Byrne’s message should be increased.
