I had a phone appointment with Dr Clarson and Dr Laura on Friday. Both doctors were exceptional and went beyond to help with my healthcare. Neither doctor gaslighted me which I have previously experienced and they took me seriously. These two doctors are amazing and so caring.

I had to wait almost four weeks for a pre-booked appointment

Make more pre book appointments available-not all issues are deemed to be an emergency appointment

I had my 1st appointment with Dr Laura and found both the care and the time she gave to me was in my opinion outstanding. Also the foot injection that she gave to me has really improved my mobility I also find that all of the staff are always most helpful in solving my problems. Keep up the good work.

I don't particularly enjoy the early morning mad scramble to get an appointment but don't know how this could be improved other than having more than one operator taking our calls.
