I had an appointment today with Dr mohammed omar he was very patience and listened to my health issues with my knee and ankle. Not just that he listened he also explained me what exercises to do.

First time at a doctor surgery the receptionist are all polite

The only thing I can say you can improve on is the waiting time when you call in when I am the 28th person on hold I am literally on hold for 30/40 minutes
