Yesterday I had a telephone consultation with a GP who simply did not hear me. She asked the same questions and raised the same points repeatedly. Not really addressing she issue. She was very condescending and I doubt I would have received the same treatment had I been a male patient. She prescribed inadequate medication, and left me feeling frustrated and as if my only course of action is to now head to A&E for something which a GP could most certainly be addressing.
