Yesterday I received a call from the doctor at Jiggins Lane Medical Centre. I jumped out of my skin as nobody even contacted me to say you need to wait in for a call back . Because of this reason I wasn’t aware that the doctor was going to be talking me about my kidneys . When the doctor rang me I said to him what’s the reason for this call back this afternoon as I never booked an appointment yesterday afternoon for a call back so I was unaware of the call back from the doctor. If I was aware / contacted to say a doctor is going to ring you this afternoon I would of been more organised with the answers to the doctors questions regarding my kidneys as I have the documents from the hospital within regards to my kidneys as I am under a nephrologist.

Suggested improvements
On this subject the thing that could of been done better was for somebody to inform me of an appointment with the doctor if I didn’t ring up to book a call back .
