I went in to doctors on 10th April needing help as my hearing aid had broken. I am severely deaf and can't hear a thing without it I e needed emergency attention. Previously if i had this problem i was referred to David Ormrod at Marehay, who would repair in about a week and get batteries. Now told to go to Scrivens where it didn't matter this was a real problem and had to make an appointment, earliest 8th May, a whole MONTH. So care was certainly Not good, it's unbelievable that you can't get emergency attention for a month. I have total deafness so this is so dabilitating to have no hearing at all for a month. Since Christmas they were supposed to be reviewing my hearing and getting a new hearing aid. There is no urgency at all for them. I want to put my name to this to voice my dissatisfaction L Farnsworth (sent from my sister's tablet)
