Cannot get appointments. Elderly mother recently had to go into hospital again because she was unable to get appointments and care from the GP was not adequate when she finally spoke to the GP. When a lay person can Google symptoms and consider c-diff and the GP misses this, it is concerning. Maybe the CQC needs to be involved to improve services before there is a serious incident.
