Firstly, a massive thank you to the front line staff the receptionists. They get all the grief and do not deserve it! Patients need to make their mind up. Do they want excellent care or don't they. If they do then the GP's will give you this and will listen which then makes the next person late, hence this has a knock on effect and all appointments end up being late. If up you don't want good service but want to be on time, then you will have to stick to your 10 minutes! In the end I would rather be late knowing our GP is excellent. We have found the receptionists so far excellent at Greenhill and Ripley and they deserve a big thank you. Keep up the good work because we cannot think of anything you could improve on at this moment in time. I worked for the PCT and GP's and practices had a lot of pressure on them for no reason as they do a good job, so let them do it is what my motto was and I used to go and help the PM's even on Saturdays for no pay! I did write a thank you from us both to the PM last year but have not had a reply to say it was received. We would appreciate it if our thanks can be expressed and passed on to the staff ?
