As with other patients it has become nigh on impossible to get a same day appt either by phone or even jumping in the car and going to the surgery in the hope that an appointment can be made.
I have no grievance with any of the doctors I have seen all excellent but if you cannot get to see a doctor for days on end it makes me wonder wether to transfer to another practice.
It even takes 4/5 for a doctor to call
I feel the most sorry for the admin staff who must hear similar complaints by patients all the time
