Poor care and customer service each time I have contact. Had a phone call to say test results received and a further phone appointment required 4 days later to be told I need to book in! Not able to make advised bookings so unable to do what I was asked without getting up every morning to book in. As a staff worker not easy! On day of appointment Dr was late so wasted 40 mins to get in with asked doctor.
