Mandy - nurse appt. Fabulous - attentive, gave good explanations of treatment/options and diagnosis. Very supportive and listened patiently. Organised an imediate GP appt rather than me having to try to get an appt over the phone - this can sometimes be difficult as the surgery is so popular.
