Every member of staff I have encountered at Laycock street surgery has been incredibly friendly and super supportive with my needs. If I want to book an appointment with my GP and they are not available, I am fully confident with every other member of staff that I am referred to. I am incredibly happy with the weekend service, as it can be difficult during working hours to arrange appointments.
