Precare - Speed of call back, clarity of questions, welcoming receptionist, clear reception area. (Arrival at 10:18, appointment at 10:20, seen at 10:28). Exclaimed and checked well. Discussed care option and sent on my way happy and confident. Couldn't ask for more really!
