I had the pleasure of being present while nurse Debbie measey was dealing with my elderly mother. I was really impressed with the way she dealt with my mum. She took time to listen to her issues, to explain the options she had available to her, to ask how she wanted to proceed, to reassure her about her concerns, and then arranged everything that had been discussed. Her manner was respectful and empathetic at all times. Nurse Debbie Measey is an asset to this surgery and I hope they realise just how good she is with patients.
