A perfect example of how a GP surgery should be. Always a courteous, welcoming, never have to wait long and booking an appointment is easy. The Doctors take their time and explain things clearly and always involve me in decisions about my care and treatment. All of the staff are Very patient focused. I have been involved at all levels, as to how my treatment may be managed, the surgery is always clean and warm and welcoming. the receptionists, are always courteous polite and helpful, in assisting me when i book appointments or ring for prescription medication.

SINCE I MOVED TO IMEARY STREET SURGERY IN MARCH OF THIS YEAR, I HAVE FOUND IT VERY EASY TO GET FACE TO FACE APPOINTMENTS, OR TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS, THE RECEPTIONIST'S WERE COURTEOUS AND ACCOMODATING AS MUCH AS THEY COULD, THERE DOES NOT SEEM MUCH TO IMPROVE AT IMEARY STREET SURGERY, THEY SEEM TO BE DOING A FIRST CLASS JOB, AND I AM GRATEFUL FOR THE ATTENTION I HAVE RECEIVED SO FAR

I registered at this practice when moving to the area 15 years ago. I am a retired Health Visitor and have worked in many areas of the country, and because of the nature of my work, with many GP surgeries. This surgery is the best I have ever encountered in all aspects and I am more than happy to recommend it.
