Doctor Gordon, he is an excellent doctor and I admire the humanized care he provides. He listens to the patient with dedication, is patient and explains things to the patient. This is very important for the patient, after all they need to feel welcomed and have a space of trust. That's what Dr. Gordon does. . I have always received very good service at reception too.

I believe that the NHS should change and take care of people with preventive rather than remedial care, so I think this should change.

Needed to ask receptionist about another appointment and she went out of her way to get everything sorted for me. I then saw one of the nurses, Abbie, for a Blood pressure check. She made sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing, kept checking I was ok and explained everything as she was going along. When I told Abbie how I'd been feeling she took time to find out exactly what had been going on and then sorted follow up appointments for me.
