My appointment was with Abbie McCardle. She is a wonderful, kind and caring young lady. Incredibly helpful, not one thing is a problem to her. Also, I’ve had bloods taken many times and no one can compare with Abbie she is SUPER gentle. Literally, you do not feel a thing. I’m still waiting for my little scratch…….

Sadly my only ‘teeny tiny’ problem was my appointment was at lunchtime. I was in to get my blood pressure re checked. I arrived ten minutes early this time so I could relax and take deep breaths. Sadly, not being able to take deep breaths for the smell was raising my blood pressure. I am really laughing just now at how silly this may sound but it did affect me. Lunch is really unavoidable I know, however the smell of food was pretty dreadful. My clothes smelt awful when I got back in the car. Maybe have a deodoriser or an air conditioner of some sort switched on at lunchtime. Really sorry to mention this, but I do think it is a reasonable point.
