I am a new patient with Imeary Medical Group, it was like coming home as my old doctor (Dr Daya) practiced in the same building for many years when he retired we were given some other surgery, it wasn’t really wheelchair friendly (I have to use a wheelchair sometimes) apart from the entrance you had to fight to get through a couple of double doors, the parking was sometimes a nightmare. At Imeary Medical group I don’t have any of the fore mentioned difficulties, when I rang up, I was totally surprised I was on the phone a few minutes and it was answered by your friendly staff normally I have to listen to an automotive voice which place I was in the queue ( and I would be on for over an hour sometimes and sometimes it would just cut me off after waiting all that time but I digress, what a great experience I had at Imeary Medical Group the nurse I saw was so friendly and professional too, and went beyond what I was expecting to happen. My first real experience with my friendly new surgery was a real positive one, I am so pleased to be a patient with yourselves, many thanks to you all
