I'm still waiting, 10 months on, to get 1 diagnosis. Referrals don't actually go through, no one actually gets the medial attention they need. People are left waiting or ignored. 15 minutes to discuss one symptom, that they ignore anyways, is disgusting.

Actually see to people and actually listen to them when they come in with symptoms to a problem

I spoke with the nurse by phone in November catching up on my COPD progress which at the time was very good. When I had to take my emergency medication so quickly afterwards I felt I should inform her of the.relapse and asked the receptionist to do so when I reordered my emergency medication. To my surprise Catherine came back with an appointment at which she gave a complete review. I would call that perfect service.
