Generally it's a very positive experience trying to get an appointment and the receptionists try their best to offer an alternative if one isn't available.

I can only say what I always do from the receptionists the practice nurses to the doctors the care they give is one hundred percent, they take care to listen to you and nothing is ever a bother to them, this practice sets a very high standard

Again the only thing they could do better is to supply coffee as you wait and maybe a donut

The staff at Imeary Medical Group are so helpful and professional, I've always had excellent service and whenever I've had an appointment I've always been treated with respect and never rushed. I've had appointments with both Dr Curry and Dr Gordon and both provide excellent patient care where you feel listened too and valued which is important, also I have regular appointments with the practice nurses for B12 injections and they are all amazing.

There is nothing that could have been done to make my experience better I've always come away from my appointment feeling reassured .
