If your lucky to get past a receptionist after waiting ages to get through you may be lucky enough to get a docter to call
The receptionist didn’t listen to why I wanted to talk to a docter she wrote it in my records wrong and the the docter didn’t listen and wrote down what I said wrong then proceeded to do exactly the opp to what we discussed
