Terrible service, unable to get an appointment, called everyday for a week. Reception staff unhelpful didn't give clear information on the best time to call for a regular appointment. Last time I called she sounded amused that their wasn't any appointments to offer. Told it was due to a lot of the doctors being on A/L. I used to work for a surgery and know that the surgery is paid just to have you registered there. I have already registered with another practice. Maybe if enough people do this they would change their bad attitude and improve the staff training. Didn't even have a new patient appointment. What's happened to the NHS?
