Receptionists are rude and unhelpful with the exception of the young girl with dark hair. The older lady with blonde hair and glasses seemed to find it funny that I was without my medication all weekend. I've never had a repeat prescription before, was unaware of procedure and no one explained it .....the staff were rude and sneered at me for this ....I had to suffer from Thursday night to monday night horrible side effects from not taking my medication .... I could understand the attitude if I repeatedly didn't order on time, but this was a new prescription ....disgusted at their behaviour!!
