My biggest wish would be to bring back walk-in appointments. When I am not well the last thing I want to do is have to get up at 8.15am and spend half an hour trying to get through on the phone, regularly to finally be told there are no appointments.
It is also exactly when I (and lots of others) am driving my son to school so often it is impossible to phone then. Please do something about it, it is the only thing wrong with an otherwise great surgery.
