It has taken me four days to get an appointment I spent all day Tuesday trying get Appoinment as I need a referral to a consultant and my medications are running out .I visited the Humber road surgery at 8.20hrs.Here I saw a practice manager introduced to me as Richard .I explained my situation he assured me he would get Dr Macgregor to contact me that day I stayed in all day had my Mobile fully charged and sat on top,of my landline I had no contact at all. I had by Thursday virtually run out of my medication so I had to attend my pharmacy if it wasn't for there assistance I would have no medication
It's now day four and I still have no contact despite sending two emails.
Totatally despicable and unprofessional service.Also I am getting over cancer so I could do without this stress.

Responde currently sitting on the phone number ten in the que for General enquries waited thirty minutes so far to get through currently at number one just got through to a real person thank god
