Absolutely fantastic service as always telephoned reception at 12 asking for an appointment speaking to Lidia who was extremely helpful she said she would forward my symptoms on to Dr Williams. 15 minutes later Lidia was back in touch with an immediate appointment I must say everyone on reception at my surgery are really really helpful every time I call they do everything they can to help which I really appreciate So I saw the brilliant Dr Williams who is Professional, Caring , knowledgeable, and very kind, and always listens and deals with any problems or concerns I can not thank everyone enough for the fabulous service which I have received over the past 18 years Dr Williams is lovely lovely person as well as the best doctor in the UK (in my opinion) so to Sum up the best surgery in the country Mr Bradley Van-cliff Bexhill on sea

The folk who work in O T Surgery are , all of them really professional. It's my view that my wife and I are most fortunate to be cared for by our GP. The practice generally proactive which is to be greatly valued.
