This is generally a very good surgery which offers an excellent range of treatments and services. Being able to access services such as blood tests and special clinics in a local surgery is a very good idea The doctors and support staff are friendly, sympathetic and helpful. The phone booking service for appointments is not very efficient. There is an automated queuing system which does not provide enough information (such as anticipated waiting time). It has become more difficult to get an appointment, but I think this reflects the additional pressures on the service, and is likely to be the same everywhere.
